Happy 30th Birthday, Kendall!

 

Kendall turned 30 on April 30th, so technically, it was her "Golden" birthday. She has been celebrating in different ways the past couple of weeks and will continue to do so through next weekend. That's my kind of birthday celebration.

For our part, we invited them over for dinner on Monday. I made Chicken Bacon Ranch Chopped Salad for dinner with Rosemary bread from Costco on the side. For dessert, I made Paleo-Lemon Blueberry Cake. The whole meal was delicious.
