SPEEDY SWEET POTATOES
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise.
Drizzle with olive oil, then rub the olive oil all over the cut part.
Sprinkle with salt.
Place the potatoes cut side down on baking sheet.
Bake 30 minutes.
