Here's a way to eat tacos without the tortilla or taco shell. Fill lettuce leaves!
1 pound ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
cherry tomatoes, halved
In a skillet, brown ground beef. Drain off fat.
Add water and taco seasoning mix. Simmer for 5 min.
Using the lettuce like a boat, make a wrap by adding taco meat, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, etc.
