This is the salmon we had with the sweet potatoes. It was amazingly buttery and lemony. Everyone loved it.
2 T. butter
4 servings of salmon
1 lemon, sliced
1/2 t. dried Rosemary
1/2 t. salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place thinly sliced pats of salmon on the bottom of a baking dish.
Place salmon in the dish and sprinkle with salt and Rosemary. Add more thin pats of butter on top of salmon. Top with slices of lemon.
Bake 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon fillets.
