Asparagus in Parchment

I tried a new method of cooking one of my favorite vegetables tonight. I usually bake it with some Parmesan cheese on top, but I'm on a butter and lemon kick right now, so I tried this.

Asparagus in Parchment

2-3 servings of asparagus, trimmed
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. freshly ground pepper
1 small lemon, zested and sliced
2 T. butter
Sprinkle asparagus with salt, pepper and zest. Top with lemon slices and butter.
Close all ends of parchment and fold.

It will look like this.

Place on rimmed baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove parchment and serve.
