Avocado Toast


A few months ago, Don and I had lunch with our friends Chip and Joy at TownHall restaurant. That day, I had Smashed Avocado on toast for the first time. I did not forget that taste. I had been thinking about it.

So this week, I tried a version of my own. I made my guacamole recipe and spooned it on top of toast. But I didn't stop there.

I also scrambled a couple of eggs and added them to the top. And this was an amazing breakfast!

  1. Mmmm that sounds delicious! But you gotta get rid of those shadows in your pictures - they make the food look grey!
